Six-month customer relationship
Repeat-order attribution continues for six months from the customer’s first completed affiliate order. A newly entered affiliate code can establish new attribution.
Coupon code wins
An affiliate coupon overrides cookie attribution. Without a code, the most recent valid affiliate referral is used.
Extra rewards for completed referral orders
Bonuses use completed, non-refunded affiliate orders. A kit purchase counts as one completed order.
What affiliates should know
- Affiliate discounts do not stack with Welcome, VIP, quantity, sale, flash, or another affiliate code.
- Bacteriostatic water, shipping, tax, gift cards, store credit, and products marked excluded receive no affiliate discount or commission.
- Self-referrals are prohibited and may be placed under review.
- Refunded, cancelled, or charged-back merchandise reverses the related commission.
- Payout method availability is controlled by Velari and can be updated from the Affiliate Portal.
